The room available is a large double room in a beautiful, spacious, clean and modern flat in central Southampton. Plenty of space if you’re someone who works/studies from home at the moment.

The room has a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelving available. A desk is also negotiable depending on preference.

The flat has a large kitchen as well as a large lounge/dining room and a ground floor balcony door which allows access without using the common parts of the building. It’s been useful during Covid.

I’ve already got a TV set up in the lounge with Netflix, Amazon, Disney+ etc

The flat has one designated underground parking space as well as plenty of restriction free on road parking. I’m only in Southampton around half the week (more at the moment due to Covid) so sharing the space hasn’t been an issue, especially with the road parking available.

We’re positioned within easy walking distance of both Southampton common and Bedford place. The new Lidl is very close by which is incredibly convenient. It’s probably 10-15 minute walk to the station depending on the person.

I work in hospitality in London so spent part of the week up there. When I’m in Southampton I’m sociable, enjoy cooking, entertaining and generally easy going.

The flat and environment would suit someone laid back either studying (probably mature student) or professional.

It’s a 6 month lease and we would have to sign with the Landlord’s preferred agency so there would be referencing and fees. Average monthly bills come in around the £100-£120 mark depending on usage.
