The house is situated c.3 miles west of Hereford on a main bus route.
The recently decorated bedroom has a king size double bed, it's own adjacent shower room and there is plenty of storage. It is very quiet.
The rent would include all bills, inc. fibre broadband.
I'm looking for a reasonably tidy and friendly individual who would also appreciate sharing this comfortable home.
