A lovely single room with a view

Hi, I have a good sized single room to rent in my house, which is in a quiet street near Hertford North Station. The kitchen and bathroom are shared, and there is a downstairs cloakroom.

The freshly decorated room is in the front of the house, and has a view over the roof tops down to the Beane meads. It's furnished and has a walk in cupboard.

I'm looking for an independent and responsible person, who likes cats ( I only have one!). I tutor online and paint, so am often working at home.

I'm very energy and environmentally conscious, and am looking for someone with a similar outlook.

The rent includes all household bills - energy, broadband, council tax and water. Energy bills may have to be reviewed separately, according to usage.

Just to be clear, I'm only looking for a female lodger. I would also appreciate it if you gave a little information about yourself in the initial message. Thanks
