The communal areas will be cleaned and your room could be cleaned for you, as could your bed sheets be changed, washed, dried and ironed at a reasonable extra cost. Your personal washing could be done for you at an arranged cost if you don't have the time or the inclination to do this for yourself. Alternatively, there is a laundrette at the top of the road.

Cleaning products including toilet rolls, bin bags, dishwasher & washing tablets, fabric softenero, etc are shared costs.
