Room for rent - Next to Silverburn - Glasgow

I’ve just bought this house and will be moving in soon so looking to fill the spare room around February/March time.
It’s a 2 bedroom terraced situated in the new Cowglen estate right next to Silverburn shopping centre & the M77.
5 minute drive to City Centre.
Bus stop just a few minute walk away which can take you Glasgow or Strathclyde Uni within the hour. Also nearby to Shawlands which is great for all its quirky little cafes, coffee shops & pubs.

The house includes 2 bathrooms & a private back garden.
Allocated parking also available.

I’m 29yrs old and work as a Security Contracts Manager Monday to Friday.
I live alone, no relationship.
Half my week I spend working from home.
If I get any visitors it may be 1 or 2 friends on a weekend for a few drinks to watch late night boxing/UFC.
I’ve spent the last 5 years renting my spare room out. Last lodger spent 3 years with me, the other 2 were a year each.

I’m pretty east going. No crazy list of rules. Just looking for someone who’s chilled out and decent. I don’t mind visitors as long as I get a heads up. No smoking in the house but a vape is ok.
