Flatmate wanted: Maryhill new build 2 bed flat wit

Lovely, new build ground floor 2 bedroom flat in Maryhill. Part of a new development complex, very safe and secure with fob key entry, sense of community and well lit streets. The flat is very spacious, clean and gets a lot of natural light. It includes an open plan kitchen and living room with a balcony overlooking the communal garden. The bedroom has lots of storage space and a comfy double bed. The other occupied room has an ensuite bathroom so the main bathroom will mainly be yours to use. I'm looking for someone laid back and easy to get on with. I enjoy music, films, video games and also going out to meet friends. I work in a hospitality so someone with a similar work pattern, or who doesn't mind an irregular work week, would be ideal. Must be able to pay bills on time, so a professional is necessary.
