The house is a modern new build on a quiet estate in Cottam and is a three story house with a garden and driveway close to many amenities.

I am looking to rent out the large double room on the middle floor which you would have your own bathroom (shower & bath) as I use the top floor bedroom myself which has an en-suite.

This room is furnished with a super king size bed, tv, bedside tables, set of drawers and your standard stuff such as blinds, curtains, lighting etc there is just no wardrobe in there as of yet.

Of course you will have full access to the kitchen, front room etc. I work 9 - 5, Monday - Friday. Please note, I have a 10 month old husky puppy.

The price is £450pm or £104 pw cash or bank transfer - Bills included plus broadband (with full tv package including bt sports and sky) so would just be your food on top of that.

I am looking for someone between the age of 18-35, a professional or student, please let me know if you have a pet I will try to accommodate, no objections to having friends or family or children round or staying overnight just with prior arrangement if possible. I am quite laid back, usually I am busy most weekends so out of the house and tend to just chill out in the evenings.
