We have 2 great rooms available in this lovely house just 5 minutes walk from the City Center.

The room is for single occupancy by a working person.

The large double room (£360) (4m x 4.5m) has a comfortable double wooden bed, 2 bedside chests, a large wooden chest of draws and a built in wardrobe giving plenty of storage. The room is just being decorated so it will be very clean and tidy for someone to move into.

The other double (£280...THIS IS NOW TAKEN & IS NOT AVAILABLE) (2m x 3.5m) has a double bed, dresser and built in wardrobe offing good storage.

The house is fully furnished, right through to knives and forks and ready for you to move in, all you need is your stuff and some bedding.

The kitchen is very big, fully equipped including a tumble dryer and there's also a dinning table.

There is a secure rear garden with a nicely laid out BBQ area.

In the living room there is a large flat screen TV and there is High Speed TalkTalk WiFi throughout the house.

There is a very nice large upstairs bathroom including an electric shower.

The house is great for someone moving into the city looking to find somewhere to stay for a while with "normal" clean considerate flatmates already there.

The room is only for one person who is in full time employment.

We're a family business so no agents to go through to get things sorted, we take care of all the repairs making sure things are sorted in the shortest possible time !
