Short term let from January in Bermondsey

Double room

Hi!

I'm looking for an easy-going, considerate and fun flatmate to fill a room in a 2-bed flat from January until February/March until my friend returns to London.

Specs:

* Huge double room with lots of storage space
* Shared living space
* Central location, but a quiet residential area
* A 3rd floor flat with a clear view of the city
* Big Tesco and Asda 5 minutes away
* Great transport links (tube about 15 mins away but buses take you most places quickly)
* Bills come to about a hundred on top of rent (but everything is already set up, you wouldn't have to worry about that)

About me: I'm an actor/singer and work part-time in an escape room. I do yoga, love to cook and bake and enjoy watching Netflix. I like a good chat and laugh but understand and respect the need for personal space too.
I'm double vaccinated as well.

If you're creatively inclined, that'd be amazing!
But I'm not too fussy, as long as we get along ;)
