I’ve had some great friends start as house m8s here, making this feel like a home, not rooms for rent in a shared house.
I hope to keep it that way. :)

It's 1 mins walk from Hilly Fields (awesome park with a great view of the city, tennis courts that are free to use, basketball courts, and a nice cafe) 9 mins from Crofton park station, 10 mins from Brockley station (Zone 2) and 11 mins from Ladywell - so plenty of commuting options!

You'll have exclusive use of the bathroom (heated floor) as I have my own en-suite - just need access for the washing machine, occasionally!

The room is bigger than it looks and backs onto the garden which has a brilliant BBQ; so great for summer parties - just move the Sonos outside!
A whisper quiet smart house (tell Alexa to turn the lights on, play music in the lounge, or turn the heating up) so you're never cold.

Bills are fairly standard (£130pcm), but to keep them down I do pay for a cleaner and the broadband.

It's more important to me to live with the right person, then to rent the room quickly as I’m used to it feeling like a home. So keen to go out with someone for a beer before they move in and get to know each other.

PS: Just a heads up - I work from home around 3/4 days a week with the new restrictions
