Hi There,
My current housemate is moving out at the end of our contract and I’m looking to stay on and find someone to let her room. I’ve lived here for 4 years and love it and the area.
I work in Travel so away at times and when home I’m resting up getting over the jetlag but it’s nice to share a drink or two and a catch up with my housemate.
I’m also tidy and respectful of each other’s space.
The flat has a lovely garden & is a stones throw from Kensal Green tube station (bakerloo/overground) which gets you into central in 15 mins.
We have tons of buses and Kensal Rise tube locally (overground -Hampstead Heath/Richmond/East london).
Queens Park hold a farmers market at the weekends/great local pubs/coffee shops/supermarkets all nearby/the canal walk to little Venice is lovely too.
Plus it’s only 15/20 min walk down to Portobello Market/Notting Hill.
The Room is a double room with fireplace and comes with a double wardrobe & bed.
The flat is homely, light and full of character and is a must see so drop me an email if interested! Bills work out roughly around £170 pcm (Basing this on the most recent prices with gas/electric from March-june (unfortunately it’s gone up a lot)/council tax/Internet/water is paid per year.
Just to note it’s a no smoking flat but smoking is ok in the garden. Thanks :-)
