Looking for two tenants (or one, see below) to take over our remaining lease period before we leave UK.

- you’ll need a UK guarantor unless you pay in one installment

Rent discounted (June to Aug 1):
- 320 ppw
Original rent: 378 ppw

For any extendable period that falls outside our current lease (post Aug 1), we can negotiate a rent subsidy for you.

- 5-10 min walk from any amenity: hospital, pharmacy, clinics, supermarkets…
- AC system does both heating and cooling, not like just a heater in many student rentals

How it works:
You will sign a tenancy agreement with the property management. Once you sign the tenancy agreement and your payment system is set up, we will deposit the subsidy into the payment system in full for you in 7 working days.
