The flat has a big kitchen, a downstairs toilet, an upstairs bathroom and a garden. It has a new boiler installed and a new bathroom.
Current flatmates are working and are English and hungarian
I am looking for nice people who enjoy a quiet friendly home life with some good cooking.
The flat has excellent transport connections:
National Rail at New Cross and Deptford in to London Bridge, Waterloo, Cannon Street and Charing Cross. Both stations are 5 minutes walk from the flat.
National Rail at New Cross Gate (10 minutes walk from the flat)
Overground from New Cross and New Cross Gate up to Whitechapel, Surrey Quays and on to Shoreditch and Dalston.
DLR at Deptford Bridge up to Canary Wharf and on to Bank and Tower Hill. 15 minutes from the flat.
In the local area there is a new library, a brand new gym and a newly refurbished swimming pool. The High street has an HSBC and a Barclays bank and a plethora of food shops and there are also Sainsbury, Tesco and Waitrose supermarkets within a 15 minutes walk from the flat.
