Looking to rent out a double bedroom as after five years my lovely tenant is moving out to move in with her boyfriend.
The flat is a ground floor flat shared with a female who has a lovely rescue cat. So please only contact if you don’t mind cats.
The room is freshly painted and ready to move in.
There is a patio garden which can do with some TLC so if you have green fingers, it’s all for you to do what ever you wish with. The room has a glass door that opens onto the patio.
Looking for someone who works as a professional, who is easy going, likes to chat but also respect her privacy .
I am the landlord , but my friend is renting the other room so she will be showing you around as it’s important you get on with each other. She works in retail, very friendly and easy going .
The road has a park at the end, amenities right at the end of the street. Westfield is about 15 mins walk away and so is Portobello road. There are shops literally around the corner, it’s a very lovely neighbourhood.
