The property is 5 minutes walking distance from both Notting Hill and Bayswater underground stations (Central and District and Circle lines), and just around the corner from famous Kensington Gardens. Good location for a walk or run through Hyde Park. There is a large Waitrose and Tesco nearby on Bayswater High Street. There are also nice local pubs, restaurants and bakeries in the area. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Oxford Street on Central Line.

Rent is just £650 per month and that includes all bills. The deposit is £671.
