Female flatmate wanted for single room in bright clean home. It’s a modern three storey house situated within easy reach of the city centre, Stockbridge and Leith. Local amenities include supermarkets, gyms, restaurants, with Davidson’s Mains being a short walk away. The house is close to the Western General Hospital, Edinburgh College and the seaside.
There are excellent public transport links to all parts of the city including the airport with the number 200 airport bus stopping outside the door.

The room has a single bed, wardrobe, shelves and a storage unit.
Guests also have use of the main kitchen/ dining room where there is a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and cooker and the living room where theres a television and comfy seating. The main bathroom is shared with one other female housemate and there is a bath and an electric shower. There is also a garden which guests are welcome to use. The property has double glazing and gas central heating.
There is free parking available in the driveway at the front of the house.
