Double Room for rent in Broughton area

We're looking for a professional female to rent a double room in a social flat on East Claremont street. The rent is £455 with roughly an additional £90 for bills (mostly council tax). Its in a great area of Edinburgh, close to the city centre and all of the amenities on Broughton Street, and easy access to Leith Walk.

The room is a double room in a three bed flat thats spread over two floors giving a really homely feel. The flat has two bathrooms with the available room sharing a shower room with one other flatmate. There's a comfy shared living room and spacious kitchen.

As flatmates we're clean and tidy and we're looking for someone who will be the same. We have our own lives and hobbies but do enjoy doing stuff together as well whether thats going climbing together, watching TV in the evenings or having breakfast on the weekends.

We're looking for someone to move in sometime in September, exact date is negotiable . If all this sounds like it would suit you we're happy to hosts viewings and have a wee chat to see if we'd get on!
