Nice Room located in MeadowBank

I’m Manon a French professional cg Animator of 29 years old.
I work Monday to Friday in the video games industry.
I’m looking for a new flatmate friendly, tidy and easy going, who would be happy to occasionally hang out but at the same time keep our own privacy.
The flat is 1 minutes walk from meadow bank (Sainsbury, Mark and Spencer, Poundland ..)
5 minutes from Princess Street by bus, and many buses are available close to the house.
The flat is on the second floor and has 2 bedrooms. It has a lovely large living room, a kitchen with everything you need : oven, microwave, washing machine, plates, pans ..
We have a free parking place that I don’t use.
Your bedroom is the larger room with a big double bed, a large closet with mirror and 2 bedside table.
The bedroom is available for the end of September, the 29th.
costs are (per person) :
357 pound for the rent.
70 pounds for the Council tax
Around 40-50 pounds max for electricity during winter.
and 12.5 for the internet

so an average of 500 pounds in total

also I am looking for someone for the 1st of november maximum
