The flat is in a very quiet area, neighbours are mostly family.
The flat is 25min from Princes Street by bus or 20 cycle.
It has one entrance with wardrobe on one side and shoe desk on the other.
Small bedroom with wardrobe again.
Bathroom with bathtub.
Kitchen with Fridge, oven and washing machine.
Lounge with sofa and table with two chairs.
My personal belonging won't stay in the place (books, projector, piano etc).
The place is £700 for the week with bills included.
The sublet would be done with a contract and a small deposit like a normal let.
