Double Room in Friendly 3 Bed Marchmont Flat

Hi!

We are looking for a third flatmate to join our lovely second-floor flat in Marchmont as our current flatmate is having to move away for a new job. The flat is really spacious with a large living room, kitchen/diner, bathroom and 2 large storage cupboards and hardwood floors throughout. The room itself is a lovely double with lots of storage and is east facing so it gets all the morning light! The room is available from the 1st October and the rent is £467 and bills/council tax comes to around £115 each a month.

You'd be sharing with myself (22) and Aoife (23), both recent grads of UofE with full time jobs, so for council tax purposes we are looking for a new flatmate who is also a professional. We're both easy going and friendly people, we like to hang out together in the evening, watch movies, go for dinner and coffee but also up for a night out. We also enjoy the outdoors and exploring new places and like to go on day trips and walks at the weekend whenever we can! We're looking for someone friendly and spontaneous to join our flat that has similar interests to us and are a clean and tidy, sociable flatmate!
