I have a lovely room available for rent in my home for a female tenant.
Ideal for short term or long term (over 12 weeks) lets.

We would share the kitchen / dining area which is a large room with doors out to the garden patio and a laundry room.
I work full time and I live here with my 15 year old daughter, who will be barely at home during term time. We have a 6 year old cockapoo - Barney - who will no doubt melt your heart as soon as you meet him!
We are just a 7 minute drive to Holt and on a bus route, but if you have a car there is plenty of parking, lots of garden space and country walks straight from the house.
