I'm looking for a flatmate for my 2 bed flat just off Haxby Road in York. It's a fairly spacious, furnished double bedroom with an en suite shower room.
I'm a structural engineer and work 9-5:30 weekdays, and like to play golf/ watch football/ generally go out and do stuff on weekends. I’m looking for someone to watch football and have the occasional beer with on weekends but appreciates peace, quiet and a bit of Netflix on a weeknight!
All bills are included. I have fast fibre broadband, Netflix and a dodgy subscription to Sky Sports.
Unfortunately there's no parking (although I think the restaurant next door does parking permits for around £50/ month), and no couples please!
