The surrounding area has a lot of Green Spaces and is not far away from local shops and amenities.

Rushden Lakes is around 10 mins by car. Wellingborough Train Station, with trains to London is around 15 mins by car and Northampton around 20 mins by car. There is a medical centre within a 10 min walk, along with a Co-op, take-away, pharmacy and fish and chips.

The areas surrounding the property is pretty good if you like to cycle.
