I have a lovely, spacious double bedroom available to rent in my home in Bulwell. You would be sharing the house with myself - a 25-year-old female primary school teacher!

The room overlooks the garden and is fully furnished with a double bed and large double wardrobe. The furniture, bed, matress and carpet are all new. There is a shared bathroom, with a shower and bath. There is also a shared kitchen with a large table, fridge freezer, washing machine, and plenty of cupboard space. There is a large shared sitting room, with a corner sofa and a new flatscreen TV. The property has a decent size enclosed, secure rear garden, with a shed.

The house is situated in a lovely, quiet area and is close to transport links (Cinderhill tram stop 0.1 miles, Phoenix Park tram stop 0.3 miles, Highbury Vale tram stops 0.4 miles). There is a nice pub 0.1 miles away (Headstocks pub).

I am a tidy person and I am looking for a like-minded person. I enjoy cooking, going to the gym, walking. I enjoy a drink (or 3), so someone would would enjoy a gin night or a night out would be great too!

Rent will include all bills and wifi. No pets/couples/smokers please.
