The room with stunning view and private bathroom is on top of our eco 3 stories house (Energy Efficiency Rating:: A+). Only rent for 2 months! As we are relocating after that.
Big windows bring the sunshine/fresh air in all day. It is a well ventilated house that the heating is produced by the air. The room benefits from the advanced ventilation system that you feel warm in winter and cool in summer and the room smells fresh all year round.
It is a solar and air powered eco house. We use electric clothes dryer. Please feel free to share. And since your room is on the top of the house with a private bathroom (not inside the room like an en-suite but just beside the room), you can be hardly disturbed by the noise downstairs as We have 3 little children. (2 school aged, one nursery)
Please make sure you are OK with kids. They go to sleep early and get up early. (Roughly 20:00-8:00)
You will have your own kettle in your room for convenience. And welcome to share our kitchen. Please note that sometimes our kitchen can be a bit messy due to kids. But we do tidy up and sanitize it daily.
We just changed a new Mattress. It is brand new and Ortho extra firm that is super supportive for your back. The bed photo in the picture will be updated to a double bed next week.
