Hi there,
I am a live out landlord of an amazing house in Sherwood.
The room was originally the lounge room so it's a real nice size double room. There is also a spare room but this one is larger so have made it a bedroom.
Council tax is included in the price, the usual water/energy and broadband bills are split between three occupants. There's super fast broadband at the house!
Dishwasher and Washing Machine.
HD TV in the communal lounge with a playstation if you're into that kinda thing!
Paved Garden area with brick barbecue.
The 2 people living there are professionals and sociable. There's a nice atmosphere in the house and everyone keeps it really clean and tidy - the dishwasher makes that effortless!
Open to anyone applying, no smoking in the house, someone who shares the same cleanliness/tidiness standards and is sociable, usual business!
Feel free to message or call and I'll have a chat and connect you with the current tenants to go check it out.
Cheers
Pete
