Looking for a short term lodger for a double room available from early January for a female professional to live with me.
I am looking for someone who wants a short term let on a rolling contract basis and ideally someone who works in the office/on location as I work from home.
This person MUST love dogs. This is a non negotiable as you will be sharing your space with 2 very energetic spaniels.
All bills included. The house is a 15 minute walk to the city centre and is close to amenities on city road. I would love to share this space with someone tidy, respectful and likes to socialise but is also happy to do their own thing.
The price for the area is very competitive and you have the benefit of 2 living rooms and a garden so there’s plenty of space!
