We are 2 third year students looking for a 3rd girl to join us in the flat. We really want to find someone who we can get along with well to make sure our final year is fun & one to remember! We are very sociable people & love going out, so someone with similar interests is a must. Although we also want a good balance of focusing on our studies as well. 🤍

3 bedroom flat located at Broomgrove apartments, just off Ecclesall road behind collegiate campus.
Shared bathroom & living area (lots of space, 2 fridges, 2 ovens)
On site gym included in price
Permit parking available on road

🤍PRICE: approx. £82.20 p/w BILLS INCLUDED🤍
The usual price works out at around £99.50 p/w, however, previous tenant is willing to offer a reduction of £300 off each remaining instalment.
This would reduce the cost to around only £82.20 per week !!!
