Large newly decorated double room

Quiet location with good access to motorway, shops, town centre, Keele uni and the local hospital (RSUH) there is a bus service into Newcastle every ten minuets from just around the corner but it is only 20-30mins walk.
The room is freshly decorated and fully furnished with plenty of storage sofa desk and double bed. I can supply a wall mounted TV bedding and towels if required. All bills are included with good wifi (I do not have a landline phone)
The kitchen and bathroom are shared. In the kitchen you will have use of a double cupboard for storage and space in the fridge and freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and coffeemaker as well as the usual pots utensils etc.
The is a second toilet just outside your bedroom.

Considerations
My son smokes outside and I would therefore consider light smoker on the same terms
Pets considered but an additional damage deposit would be requested
