Room available in flat close to Falkirk High

Looking for a flat mate to share my two bedroom flat. The location is roughly a five minute walk from Falkirk high, ten minute walk from Falkirk town centre and a ten minute drive to Forth Valley Hospital. It’s a second floor flat in a quiet well maintained development with nice neighbours and a car park to the rear with guaranteed spaces. The bathroom is a shared bathroom (shower over bath) but I have an en-suite toilet and shower off my room so it would mostly be yours. There’s a large double wardrobe in the room as well as the boiler cupboard that I currently use as a linen closet. The room is furnished but if you would prefer to have your own furniture this can be negotiated. All bills are included in the room cost, please contact me to discuss further if you’re interested. There’s WiFi, a washing machine, television with Netflix and prime and a Nespresso coffee machine that you would have access to - as well as all the other normal necessities!

I am a 25 year old female professional, I work weekdays 9-5 and tend to be home most week nights. I’m very clean and tidy. I’m quite relaxed and I’m looking for someone similar minded to share my home!
