Double room available in a house share of five. We live on Woking Road which is close by to some pubs, the canal and is approx 20-30mins walking distance to town. There is loads of free off road parking and our landlord is very friendly and super relaxed.
The rent is £530 p/m for a large double room and the only bills on top of that is the internet/Virgin Media which is approximately £10 per month.
Current housemates are 2 girls and 2 guys. We are a friendly bunch in our late 20’s who are all working professionals. We have lots of different interests and hobbies ~ yoga, climbing and burlesque dancing to name a few!
The room will be available from the 5th September.
Most of us work 9-5 so house viewings can be arranged in the evenings or on weekends.
