Single occupant £650 per month
Couples pay £750 per month

Upstairs One of the rooms is a double bedroom and one small Room as your own private lounge area. Private use of bathroom

Kitchen facilities shared but you have your own fridge and your own cupboard space available

The bedroom and lounge room are both Furnished.

I have a patio garden to the rear where I work in my studio creating stained glass.

Ideal location for easy commuting access to British Rail to London and Brighton. Also we are on the Main bus route, bus stop is round the corner and we are very close to Gatwick airport and East Surrey Hospital. M23

I have two Small friendly dogs. So you need to like dogs.
As mentioned I work from home which means I can be working in my studio over the weekends sometimes.

I'm flexible so just because i may not have mentioned something in my ad, don't be afraid to ask

My daughter is 30 and very sociable so I'm sure would introduce you to the area if you are new to the area and wanting to make new friends.

Smokers I prefer you smoke outside and not in the rooms.

Covid ....as I run a business I do visit home owners. But we follow strict guidelines.
