Hi my name is Julie and I am trying to find a flat mate that I get on well with, I Have had wonderful girls live here who am still in contact with, I enjoy a good laugh but also reading in silence!

I have a spare room in my flat that I am looking to rent out., for females preferably.

Clean and quiet flat, I am a quiet living person and am looking for someone that will be happy to live in peace too!

There is plenty of parking and the room has stunning views over Guildford out to London.

I am in Onslow Village with a bus stop right outside or just a and 10 min walk to the Town. Train Station, Research Parks, Hospital, University, and Sports Park. There is a lovely Park right behind the flat with in 1 min walk.

I have free wifi and the room is furnished and has a small double bed, Office table and chair, shelves and large built in wardrobes.
Use of room ,lounge, bathroom and kitchen, Lovely communal court yard.

I live on my own. I am happy to share all pots, pans. ironing board etc if you do not have these with you. I also have two sets of bedding and duvet and pillows if you wish to use them. I am a teacher and work in behavior management My hobbies are volunteer dog walking for a rescue and my allotment so plenty of fresh veg!.
I do all the cleaning but expect you to clear up after yourself in the kitchen.

I have had a lot of mature female students who like to study in their time at home, I would like the same ideally but as long as you are quite in your room then all is good!

Smokers welcome to smoke out side the flat but not indoors , vaping is fine!
