All cleaning products, bills, council tax and shared household items are supplied and provided by the landlord. There is also a twice weekly cleaning service of the kitchen, bathrooms, living room, hallways etc.

Located at end of Spires Lane opposite the church with small outdoor patio area ideal for barbecues and view over the park. 5 mins walk to Byker Metro station. There is also secure cycle storage inside a locked shed in the garden yard.
