The bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, bedside table and ottoman storage bed, so lots of storage space. You will share a bathroom with one other housemate.

Other rooms in the house include the living room, kitchen with dining table and large fridge/freezer, and additional downstairs toilet.

On street parking is available outside of the house and there is easy access to the A1/A184/other major roads. It's a 5 minute walk to the metro (both lines) and a 2 minute walk to bus stops. Aldi is 2 minutes walk away and a large Tesco Extra/Trinity Square shops is about 10 minutes walk away. About 30 minutes walk to Grey's Monument in town (depending on your speed). There's also a secure bike shed outside.

We are looking for a clean and considerate housemate who has their own interests but also likes to hang out sometimes.

Rent includes council tax but not other bills. Other bills are shared equally among housemates: gas, electricity, water, internet, TV licence, netflix.
