The flat is fully furnished including wifi, tv, a large kitchen, a shared bathroom with a shower/bath, a front and back garden, there is street parking and friendly neighbours.
I would be looking for somebody easygoing, clean and social to move in. Smokers also welcome as long as they smoke outside only.
The flat is situated a 10 minute walk away from the town centre and 3 minutes away from the local corner shops.
Bo’ness is roughly a 10 minute drive to Linlithgow, 20 minuets to Falkirk, 30 minutes to Edinburgh and 40 minutes to Glasgow.
