A minute’s walk from the beach & River Arun, 5-minute walk to high street shops and major bus routes, 7-minute walk to train station. Amenities on our doorstep include: Harbour Park, Windmill Cinema, Pier Road Restaurants, and Littlehampton Wave leisure centre further down the seafront.

Included is the use of a separate dining/kitchenette room with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, cupboard space & large table. This is shared with one other person also on the top floor.

The middle and downstairs floors are occupied by myself and my three children (10, 8 & 6 yrs old). We are a lively household so please consider whether this fits your own work or lifestyle needs. Evenings are usually quiet by 8 pm during term time, a little later at weekends.

Space to store a bicycle in the garage or a space to park off the road in front of double garages if you have a car.
