We are two males aged 29 and 30 looking for a third flatmate to join us in our Chapel Allerton flat from 01/07/22, as our current flatmate is moving back home.
The 1st floor has a large open plan lounge/dining area, bathroom with shower, and kitchen with induction hob and plenty of storage. The spacious double room is on the 2nd floor of the flat, with a second bathroom with bath on the same floor.
Rent is £392.14 pcm. Bills are shared, and approximately £100 each pcm.
The location is great, in central Chapel Allerton which has plenty of supermarkets, transport links and bars on the doorstep. There is parking available, and we have right of access to a shared garden.
We are both quite active and have plenty of outdoor hobbies. We work hard, but keep things relaxed at home, and like to share meals regularly. We would like to share the flat with someone with similar interests, who is sociable, and does their fair share around the flat to keep it clean.
