I'm looking for someone (MUST BE A STUDENT) to take over my tenancy from either March 2020 or April 2020 until August 2020 included. The property is 7 Quarry Place. The room is a double bedroom, top floor, in a 3-bed house. There are two bathrooms, the one with the shower is just next the room to rent, which is also the largest. Kitchen and living room have wooden tiles, which makes it easy to clean. The kitchen is fully furbished with an oven, microwave, washing machine, a fridge and a freezer.
The current contract states 347 pounds per month of rent, with bills it's usually less than 400 pounds. A guarantor is required for the letting agency. If you are interested please send me a message!
