The flat is ground floor with 2 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom, kitchen, and a huge living room. There is a lot of natural light and big windows overlooking a communal garden. Available room will be unfurnished except for the bed, but this can also be removed at request.
My flatmate works from home and is very sociable and friendly. The flat is kept quite tidy and is a lovely area to live - right by Roundhay Park and lots of local shops.
The tenancy does end 31/07/22, but can be extended if discussed, if you were wanting to stay longer!
Bills not included but very easy to sort, usually comes to £500 including bills and council tax
