En-Suite Double W Kitchenette, E.Finchley
Currently let but lodger need to relocate due to job issues.
Availability around 1st of June. Will specify date as soon as I know.
If you like to keep to yourself in privacy, this lodging is for you. Best suited for someone who'd be happy in their own medium-sized, en-suite, self-contained private room with new kitchenette.
The lodher room is within my flat, which is home to myself and my easy-going, quiet, six-year old child.
The room has a new fully equipped kitchenette. At the moment no microwave or oven (adding at least one soon).
Kitchenette: double electric hob, carbon extractor hood (will have the hood connected so it's fanned outside), good size sink, separate food prep counter top, built in washing machine, built in new mini fridge-freezer, electric kettle.
Basic kitchen equipment provided: cutlery, knives, chopping board, cups and plates, steamer/strainer. No pots or pans, provide your own.
Will also buy combination oven.
En-suite small bathroom, the current basin is getting replaced by a slightly bigger basin.

There's a good amount of storage space in the room too to include shelving for large luggage cases, above the room door.
LOFT BED HIGH SLEEPER
I opted for a 135cm mattresses loft bed in the room, to gain more floor space under it, The height clearance under the bed is 183cm..
Clearance from mattress to ceiling is 80cm.
I am 165cm tall and can sit up there ok.
If you wish I can add a regular floor double bed in the room, under the loft bed.
I've just bought an additional new firm foam mattresses to provide both sleeping options.
In the free space space under the loft bed a small lounge area can be created.
TUBE STATION
It's a 6-mins walk to East Finchley tube and one minute off the high street.
GARDEN AT THE BACK
There's a small garden with access through my lounge/bedroom.. Could be used on occasion in the summer or to put your large laundry pieces in the garden or relax.

Additional details:
Deposit secures and holds the room for your move in date.
Rent is paid on the 28th of each month for the month ahead.
There's minimum of one calendar month notice required when moving out, last months rent is playable as normal. Deposit is returned after check out and room checks were was completed and keys returned.
