Sunny en-suite double room in new-build flat
Hi,
My current flatmate is sadly moving out, so I'm looking for someone to share my beautiful home with me.
The room is very spacious and comes fully furnished with a brand new double bed and mattress, wardrobe, desk, office chair and shelves. The room benefits from lots of natural light, as well as a private bathroom.
You will be sharing with me -a 35 year old journalist and filmmaker. I’m looking for a polite, respectful person who will treat my beautiful flat like a home.
You will have access to a large, open plan kitchen/living space (shared with myself), a balcony which is perfect for a morning coffee, a courtyard garden and a roof terrace with views across London.
There's loads to see and do in the area, including nice pubs, parks, cafes and amazing Indian restaurants - and you'll be a short bus ride (or a leisurely walk) away from the cafes and bars of Leytonstone and Forest Gate and the tranquil open space of Wanstead Flats. Westfield Stratford and the Olympic Park are just down the road, too.
East Ham is the nearest tube station, with trains to the City in around 15-20 mins, 35 mins to the West End, and 15-20 mins to Canary Wharf with a change at West Ham.
Bills vary but usually come to around £150 per person including council tax.
Couples welcome for an additional negotiable price.
