Double Room Southfields -In 3 Bedroom House

Hi Everyone,

A double room is available from June 1st. The house has a shared living room, dining room and garden. Only three people share the house.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk, and shelves. There is also storage space in the house. The bathroom has a bath and a separate walk-in shower, shared with one person only.

The location is fantastic, too. It's in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by trees, and it's close to Southfields tube station (District line), which is just a quick 7-minute walk or 3 minutes by bus. There's also a secure bike shed for those who like to cycle.

Wimbledon Common is a few streets away, so we are surrounded by nature. The backyard garden is perfect for evenings and relaxing. There's plenty of free parking available in front of the house.

The kitchen is modern and stocked with all the gadgets. I would love to hear from you if you're a professional looking for a friendly, calm, welcoming household. Just a heads up, though, no pets or couples.

I am usually busy during the week. My current flatmate works in Management, working in the office, and is busy during the week.
