Room available in stunning Abbeville Village. Eight minute walk to Clapham South Tube Station. Landlord lives in Brighton (he’s gay), but will stay at the flat occasionally (roughly two nights a week, and the odd weekend) - most of the time the tenant will have the whole place by themself.

It’s a furnished compact and cosy double room. There are two bathrooms in the flat, and although this room isn't en suite, your bathroom isn't shared and is just two metres from the bedroom.

The flat comes with broadband and a fortnightly cleaner. The flat is in the heart of beautiful Abbeville Village next door to a number of restaurants and boutiques.

All bills are included.

Smokers: please note there is no smoking in the flat, but you are welcome to smoke on the balcony.
