Huge double room in East Finchley

Hello,

We are looking for a cool professional for a flatshare in East Finchley. Ideally someone who would want to stay long term.

The initial lease will be 1 year. Rent is £437 and bills usually come to about £70-£80 a month. There will also be a £120 one-off agency fee for them to do the credit check and write up the papers.

The flat is located on a high road 5min walk from East Finchley station (Northern line Zone 3).

The room is very big, located on the lower level of the flat. Furniture includes double bed, bedside cupboard, large desk with a chair, a small cupboard with drawers, armchair and a small coffee table, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. If you need I'm also happy to leave you two drying racks and a mirror.

The kitchen is open plan and connected with the sitting room, which is based on the second floor of the flat, as well as the bathroom. We have TV and broadband.

Whilst the flat is not the most modern, all amenities work fine. The washmachine, boiler, shower and bathroom taps were recently changed. Our landlord is also pretty awesome so if anything gets broken it gets fixed really quick.

You'll be sharing with two easy going guys one's British, the other one's South African. They are great flatmates!!! The only reason why I'm leaving is cause I'm moving in with my boyfriend.
