We have an upstairs double room at the side of the house with a double bed, single wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

Secure a room with a £90 holding deposit, remainder of deposit to be paid 24 hours prior to moving in and 1st month’s rent to be paid in full on the day of moving in.
The house was refurbished throughout in 2019 out with new kitchen, bathrooms, electrics, central heating, decorated, new carpets and all furniture was new !

All rooms are fully furnished and the property is in a great location, sharing with professional individuals, there are TV points in every bedroom.

The house has two ensuite rooms and two bathrooms with showers as well as a separate toilet. There is a shared living room, a very large kitchen with two cookers, and three fridge freezers and dining area in the conservatory, there is also a large patio and a great garden

Utilities are included in the rent ; council tax, gas, electric, water rates, wireless broadband, cleaner for communal areas and gardener. The washing machine is not included in the rent and is payable on each use, it takes on average £1:20 for a quick wash but depends on individual machine and cycle selected.

The house is a great location with local shops only 100m away, a bus stop the same distance, great road links to town.
