Modern single bedroom on the edge of Bristol

Edit: Currently have a hole in the lounge ceiling due to water damage which since has been resolved and hoping to get contractors in to fix it in the new year. See pictures for more information

Hi! I’m a 36 year old live in landlord looking to fill a single room with a friendly working professional.

I am looking for one housemate (so no couples please) who is nice, friendly and respectful.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, bedside table and a view overlooking the garden.

The house has a modern aesthetic, with a nice open plan ground floor divided into a living area and kitchen.

Features include a fridge freezer, oven, induction hobs, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, larder, utility room, downstairs toilet, sofas and a tv.

The house also has a garden, patio with a garage opening onto it. Heating, electricity and council tax are all included as well as wi fi.

The house although on the edge of Bristol is ideal commuting distance both to Bristol and Bath, with a direct bus route straight to the center. It also has great access to the countryside, with the Mendips only a half hour bike ride away.

As well as local shops a couple of minutes walk away, there is also an Asda in Whitchurch – about 30mins walk.

Finally, a bit about me. I usually work from home, as I’m a freelance designer. When I’m not creating pretty pictures, I’m cycling, going to gigs, watching movies and playing the odd video game!
