Arc Apartments, double room

Hi potential house mate! I have a large double room available to rent from July '26 at the Arc Apartments, Titanic.

It’s perfectly located for anyone working in film at Titanic Studios, in city centre even without a car - it’s only a 15min walk around the Abercorn Basin to the Clarendon Dock studios too.

It's close to Concentrix, PWC, Hilton Hotel, BT Tower Allstate, CityBank and 10 minutes walk to the city centre.

It's a lovely area to live with a lovely dog-walking community, shops and picnic area beside park land. Victoria Park is approx 20min walk from here and great running routes.

There are car parking spaces available to rent £40/m (I think) via the management company or within the residents group.

It’s got stunning views as it's high up so it's also quiet.

Ideally looking for another professional, likes a chat/movie, and is not a party animal. I am sociable but I do enjoy my sleep! I'd prefer someone who is relatively tidy, doesn't need to be prompted to clean (this is shared week on/off), mental and physical health is good, and generally respectful. Looking for someone with the same normal hours of work and sleep etc.

Broadband is £15 per month each, electricity £20 per month.
