Anything in Shoreditch/Old street area is in your walking distance! (within 10-20min) Located opposite Britannia Leisure centre, a minutes walk from tennis courts and Shoreditch Park. The Shard is visible from the bedroom window. Old street is just down the road.

Corner shop is across the road from the flat.

Current tenants are all working professionals and very friendly, enjoy cooking together, watching movies and playing video games.

Tenancy agreement will last until 31st of October 2019, after which it will turn into a rolling monthly contract. Which means this is also available for 3 months of short let.
