Large Double Room Just Next To Hampstead Heath

Hello guys,
My name is Doru.
I lived in this flat for almost 3 years and I just got the chance to have my first flat alone.

I am leaving behind a group of lovely people that you will enjoy as future flatmates.
I can't say enough in words how lovely is the area, together with the parc (which is literally 30 seconds away from the house), so if only from this point of view worth give it a shot.

The bedroom is available anytime in the first half of September.
The flat is as greater than you can get for the money anywhere around Hampstead and I am looking forward to invite you for a viewing.
Viewings are available on the 18th of August for an interval of 30 minutes for each person.
At the end of the viewings my flatmates will choose the most suitable person to be the new flatmate, and I will take care of all the technical part from that point on.

The policy in our flat is that the new flatmate will pay the 1 month deposit to the person leaving the flat (this part is included in the Tennant agreement).
Because most of the people live in the flat for a long time, we have a great relationship and understanding wit the landlord and he takes care of most of the jobs that occur around the flat.

There is a person we pay (£25) each week for cleaning the common areas, and this way everyone needs to pay every 5 weeks this fee.
Bare in mind that the room was originally containing just the sofa and the yellow drawer/shelf but i am still deciding if i will also leave the bed (90%).

In the room there are 2 large storage spaces one built-in dressing, and the shelves on the left of the bed (see the photos), aswell with various other spaces around the house.

There will not be available the following items:
Courtains, wooden wine crates (together with the content), picnic baskets, black board, stool, lamps, bed side cabinet.

The 2 large bathrooms/shower room, are large and fully functional.
The kitchen contains all the usual appliances together with dishwasher, washing machine, drying machine.
